An appointment is necessary. Please bring your current spec sheet.
We provide Australian passport photos in accordance with the Australia Passport Photo Specifications published by the Australian Consulate General of New York (150 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017-5612, phone (212) 351-6500).

It is your responsibility to specify which type of Australian passport photo you require — please tell us when ordering. Do NOT wear a white shirt or tank top, NO glasses, no smile.
We create two (2) of 35mm × 45mm with light-colored background
- Size: between 35mm to 40mm wide × 45mm to 50mm tall.
- High-resolution prints from a high-quality color printer on quality paper.
- Recommended background colors: light blue, cream, beige, pale grey, or white.
- Wear a dark-colored shirt. New specification: NO glasses.

- What are our business hours?
It varies because we may be on a location photoshoot and not in the studio. Usually 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Mon–Fri, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Sat, closed Sun. You MUST have an appointment.
- Do you take Australian infant passport photos?
Yes — an appointment is necessary.
- How long will I wait to get the passport photos?
Most printed passport photos are ready the next day — pick up at the studio or we can mail them. The shoot takes 5–10 minutes; extra time is needed for infants/babies. You can preview and approve the picture before we print it; we re-shoot until you're pleased, but once printed it's yours.
- Do you process the passport application as well?
No — only the government does that. We provide the photos, sized and printed to spec for your Australian application.
