- Is it by appointment?
Yes — only by appointment. Please call or email us to schedule.
- What are our business hours?
It varies because we may be on a location photoshoot and not in the studio. Usually 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Mon–Fri, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Sat, closed Sun. You MUST have an appointment.
- What are ID Photo Codes?
ID Photo Codes (IDPC) are unique to each customer and are generated when we take your photo. When entered into your online UK passport application, they give His Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO) direct access to your securely stored digital ID photo, which is then transferred electronically into your UK passport application.
- How do I use the ID Photo Codes?
- Make an appointment for your UK IDPC passport photographs — call or email us. We need your correct email address and your legal name spelled correctly from the start; incorrect information means a rejected code and a new full payment.
- Once we've taken your photo and generated the code, you'll receive an email from us with your unique ID Photo Code (one per person, preferably per email address).
- Enter the ID Photo Code from the email into your online UK passport application. That's it.
