Awesome Cartier Glasses Product Photo-Shoot

A Cartier dealer commissioned Lloyd's Studio for a dedicated product catalogue featuring the full eyewear line. Luxury frames are one of the harder product jobs in the studio: gold catches every stray highlight, acetate has to read as depth instead of plastic, and every lens wants to show off the ceiling.

How we shoot luxury eyewear

We built the set around soft, controlled reflections — light shaped so the metalwork glows without blowing out, and the lens reads clear without ghosting the logo. Each frame was shot on a neutral surface with the catalogue crop pre-locked so the retoucher had a fast path from raw to press-ready.

Product photography that sells

Consistency across a full collection

A catalogue only looks premium when every frame matches: the same angle, the same scale, the same background, and the same color. Locking the camera position and lighting for the whole line means shoppers can compare styles side by side, and new pieces can be added later in the same style.

Common eyewear shots

Typical sets include a front view, a three-quarter angle, a side profile showing the temple and branding, and close-up detail shots of hinges, logos, and finishes. We plan the list with you before the shoot so nothing is missed.
