U K Passport Photo IDPC Photographer: What are ID Photo Codes?
ID Photo Codes (IDPC) are unique to each customer and are generated when you have your ID photo taken by Lloyd's Studio Photography. When entered into your online UK passport application, they give His Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO) direct access to your securely stored digital ID photo, which will then be transferred electronically into your UK passport application.
How do I use the new ID Photo Codes?
Just 3 simple steps:
- Make an appointment to have your UK IDPC passport photographs taken with us. Just Call or email us here. Email is required as we need your correct email address and your LEGAL name correctly spelled from the beginning. This is because if there is any incorrect information given, the code will not be valid and will be rejected. This means you will need to start again and a new full payment will be required.
- Once we have taken your photo and we have generated the code from it, you will then receive an email from us containing your unique ID Photo Code (one per person and preferably per email address)
- You then enter your ID Photo Code from the email we sent you, into your online UK passport application.
